Dear Coaches,

  

The Cluster Meet will take place on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at Irvine Regional Park.

  

You will need to add or delete any entries to the roster that you previously uploaded.  Once you have updated your roster, REMEMBER THAT YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR ATHLETES IN THIS MEET.

  

  

  

  

  

All updates to your roster and Registering your Athletes in the Meet MUST BE COMPLETED BY 5:00pm ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2009.

  

The order of races will be:

• 3:00pm - JV and Soph Boys
• 3:30pm - JV and Soph Girls
• 4:00pm - Varsity Boys
• 4:30pm - Varsity Girls
• 5:00pm - Frosh Boys
• 5:30pm - Frosh Girls

Each school will share in the responsibilities involving this meet.  This is the suggested plan:

• Woodbridge -- results
    
• Foothill -- mark and set up the course
    
• Northwood -- timing the runners and finish line judging
    
• El Toro -- setting up the chute with flags (will have to bring hurdles or metal stands since we finish on asphalt)
    
• Trabuco Hills -- supervise the chute and take runner tags at the end of the chute
    
• Huntington Beach -- course monitors at the key turns on the course
