Dear Coaches,

  

The League Finals will take place on Friday, November 6, 2009 at Irvine Regional Park.

  

You will need to add or delete any entries to the roster that you previously uploaded.  Once you have updated your roster, REMEMBER THAT YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR ATHLETES IN THIS MEET.

  

  

  

  

ONLY THOSE ATHLETES WHO WILL RUN IN THE MEET SHOULD BE REGISTERED.  Coaches should clear their registered list of runners of those not running in this meet.  Go to Register Athletes in Meet to update your registration list.

     

*** NOTICE OF CHANGE ***  All updates to your roster and registering your athletes in the meet MUST BE COMPLETED by 6:00pm on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2009.

  

The order of races will be:

• 1:00pm - JV Boys
• 1:30pm - JV Girls
• 2:00pm - Soph Boys
• 2:30pm - Frosh/Soph Girls
• 3:00pm - Frosh Boys
• 3:30pm - Varsity Girls
• 4:00pm - Varsity Boys

Each school will share in the responsibilities involving this meet.  School assignments are as follows:

• Woodbridge -- Results; chute marshals
    
• Foothill -- Finish chute set-up; finish chute marshals
    
• El Toro -- Marking of course with tape on the ground and cones (start line, miles marks, turns); course marshals
    
• Huntington Beach -- Course marshals
    
• Northwood -- Timing; finish judges
    
• Trabuco Hills -- Finish judges; chute marshals

Other requirements:

  

Each school must bring pins for athlete bibs.

  

Each school must bring $45 for the league patches.
