Save the date!  The 40th Yucaipa High School Cross Country Invitational will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at beautiful Yucaipa High School.  Sponsored by the Yucaipa Joggers Club, the Invitational has been considered one of Southern California's most prestigious races.

With steep uphill climbs, varying terrain, fierce competition from over 70 schools and an average turnout of 2,000 racers, athletes come from all over the state to compete.

Races begin at 8:00am for three divisions and finish around noon.

In addition to the High School events, Middle and Junior High School  athletes will also be competing.  This offers 5th through 8th graders a two-mile run short course to promote the sport and involve more of the community.  That race will start at 7:45am.

Vendor booths will be open until 3:00pm, so plan to stay and enjoy the day at this fundraiser supporting the YHS Cross Country and Track and Field programs.
